Does Matlab home license allow user to run matlab both online via MathWorks website and install and run on my own PC?

I just bought Matlab home and able run it online on MathWorks site. Can I also run matlab on my own PC?

The current elegibility for MATLAB Online is listed here. So it is a yes for MATLAB Home.
And MATLAB Home also (maybe primarily) is for use in a traditional installation-based way.
