Hi, I have installed Matlab R2017b under an academic licence. The licence icludes many toolboxes, such as Simscape Electronics and Simscape Power Systems. I have confirmed my licences using the command "ver". When I try to use some blocks of these toolboxes (Simscape Electronics and Simscape Power Systems), appears the following erroe message, even though I have the proper licence: "-->Error evaluating 'PreCopyFcn' callback of GTO block (mask) 'untitled/GTO'. Callback string is 'simscape.compiler.sli.internal.callback('PreCopyFcn',gcbh);' -->Cannot add block GTO to the model because a license for Simscape Power Systems is not available." How can I solve this problem?

The output of the ver command provides information about what is installed, but not necessarily what is licensed.
You can test the availability of a "Simscape Power Systems" license by the following command:
license('test','Power_System_Blocks')
It should return a "1". If it is "0", the next step is working with your administrator for accessing this license.
