Plot the lines of the image into graphs

Hi, Is there any way that after detecting the lines of an image, can we detect its coordinates and can we plot the individual lines of the images into a graph? Thank you so much.

what do you mean with lines??
you mean green lines of boundary box??

There are many vertical lines in the image. I have detected the lines and I want to plot their pixel info into a graph.

if you select them
you could use bwselect command

I can try but I think it wouldn't work.. I want to plot the lines in a graph with the plane x and y. May i make my question clear ??
