This is the public forum of Matlab and the members are voluntary Matlab users. Only MathWorks can provide trial versions and they know exactly, if you wanted configuration works.
I do not know any trial versions of a specific toolbox only, because toolboxes depend massively on the rest of Matlab. Therefore I assume, you have to install the complete Matlab 2017b trial version. But ask MathWorks by following the "Contact Us" link on this page.
