How to plot 2D mesh grid of latitude and longitude with corresponding data point?

Hi All,

I have a range of latitude, let say from -9 to -8 (South latitude) and longitude of 114.4 to 115.75. Then I have a data point every 0.05 degree of the latitude and longitude pair. For example: coordinate (-9 114.4) --> 1.3 coordinate (-8.95 114.45) --> 1.2 and so on. So for every pair of coordinate, there is 1 data point Then how to plot them accordingly in 2D mesh grid?

doc surf and pcolor. If you have X and Y matrices and their respective Z data..you can plot the surface.
