Cannot download the e-book

Hi, I'm stuck on downloading the ebook for deep learning. It asked me for my email which was prefilled and when I clicked submit nothing happened. I'm wondering how to download the book?

It seems more like 15 slid3s presentation than e-book. I actually thought that the actual book is tbe Phil Kim's Book.
