how do I get the Xilinx Blockset Libraries to appear in Simulink?

I am running Xilinx ISE Design Suite 14.7 and MATLAB R2016b on a 64-bit Windows 7 computer.

Here's the window for the System Generator MATLAB Configurator:

The Configurator says MATLAB is configured, but if I run Simulink, the Xilinx Blockset Libraries do not appear.

How do I get the Xilinx Blockset Libraries to appear in Simulink?

Apparently, Xilinx ISE Design Suite 14.7 is not supported for MATLAB R2016b. The details on supported versions are provided in the following link - https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/55830.html.

Sir, I am facing with the same problem. I have windows 10 OS with matlab 2016b in my PC. When I installed xilinx 14.7, then there is a licence problem. After the installation of xilinx 14.7 with the above configured PC, then is no appearance of configured window for xilinx licence. But 14.7 is working properly with matlab 2014a. Now I want to know is matlab 2017 is supported with xilinx 14.7 and Windows OS 2010. Because for my work I need Matlab 2016 or higher version. Please reply
