I have a matrix Hie of 1*2700. I have to perform this, T=Mat * Hie; where Mat=randn(2000,2700) I am not sure, what value as the 1st argument i can take in randn function? I am getting this error "Error using * Inner matrix dimensions must agree" Please help me removing this error. And what dimension Can i take for random Matrix.

T = Mat * Hie';
will give you a 2000x1 result. Whether it is the one you want or not is another matter.
