How to fetch the number of points that are present in a 3D cell of 3D matrix, cell size is lets say Cx*Cy*Cz?

Suppose in a 3D matrix I want to get the number of points in particular cell. Suppose in cell 1, 5 points are there, in cell 2- 8 points are there and so on. How to code in matlab?
