GPU implementation

Hi everyone,

I am trying to implement an imaging problem on GPU. i tried PCT. I have a lot of functions that are not supported by the PCT(like xcorr). I tried GPUmat and Jacket as well. they also suffer from similar problem.

I am not a good programmer of CUDA C/C++. So i really need to use MATLAB for this purpose. Can anyone suggest any idea?

xcorr is available for gpuArray, is that what you're asking for?

See for example:

>> xcorr(gpuArray([1 2 3]), [4 5 6 7])
