How to calculate Lagrangian multiplier mu based on different noise levels in Matlab?

Hi, I have MRI images and want to do noise removal by Total Variation Regularization for denoising. My question is how can I calculate Lagrangian multiplier mu based on different noise levels in different images? Does anyone has the code for Total Variation Regularization denoising?
I am hoping someone recommend a solustion.
