I have huge excel document. And one day it wasn’t opened: Excel found unreadable content in JamesDort.xslx. I am at loss what can help me, my excel version is 2007. Is there a method to repair xlsx?

Restore the file from your backup or from the "Recent Versions" of the Windows explorer. If you did not enabled this before - sorry:
No backup - no mercy
By definition files, which are not stored in a backup, are not important.
