How to create 3D FEM model from CT slices?

Dear all,
I have set of 56 CT slices and I would like to create 3D FEM model.I know, that 3D model from CT slices had been discussed here, but I would like to create FEM model. And I didn´t find something like this.
Do you have any idea? Thank you for your answers.
