How to model a peltier cell on simulink ?

Hello, I am trying to model a Peltier cell on simulink so that I could create simulations for a thermogenerator. I am having troubles finding the correct components for the semiconductor part, and also finding an electrical model for this system. Does any of you have an idea how to model it ? Thanks in advance

Two solutions:
- Refer to scientific papers and built your own thermal model
- Have a look to the buil-in MATLAB model using the proper simscape block.
