Problems with the arduino package installation.

After installing the support package for arduino, the connection with the device works perfectly. But the next time I open simulink again, the connection doesn´t work and I have to install the package again. Where do I have to install the package? Does anybody know why this happens?

Also me, I have problems in arduino package installation, the third party and I can't fix or install it
