please help me to find foreground pixels in each segments in a grid

i want to find foreground pixels in each segments in a grid please go through the image

The pixels are already there in the image. You can get a grid subimage easily from indexing. So, to me, they're already "found". What does found mean to you?

In each segments I want to find how many black and white pixels are there
