At the moment I am working with CANoe and Matlab/ Simulink 2016b. Unfortunately I cannot compile a Simulink model to use it in CANoe environment. The error that occurs in the diagnostic viewer is: block_diagram does not have a parameter named 'targetArch'. I can run the Simulink model and see the graphic in CANoe but nothing more. I have tried to change the settings from Simulink and CANoe as described in: https://vector.com/portal/medien/cmc/application_notes/AN-IND-1-007_Using_MATLAB_with_CANoe.pdf This in order to create a model in HIL mode but it did not work. I hope that someone knows more about this problem and could instruct me how to compile the model in the needed code extensions (.dll and .ini). Thanks in advance.

You can use ert_shrlib.tlc if you have the Embedded Coder product to generate generic DLLs from your Simulink model. The relevant documentation is here: Shared Object Libraries
