Calculate the value of a Student test and Fisher test

Hello! I want to calculate the value of a student test with 10 degree of freedom at the quantile (aplha) 0.01: t (10; 0.01). So if I have this value how can I calculate alpha correlated under matlab. I have the same question for the Fisher test. Thanks
