Create moving waterfall from com port data

I am receiving series of data through the com port (this part is ok), let's say 256 int32 values every 200 msec. I would like to create a moving waterfall in the Matlab, something similar to this video: https://youtu.be/IaKEYEyrRgk?t=1m49s
