Hello, I am performing block rotor test on Induction motor to find rotor resistance, for that I am setting motor inertia to infinite, but instead of giving zero speed it is giving rated speed, I am attaching file for the same.

Equations and simulations are shown in MATLAB file, please point out any mistake I am making, or suggest any improvement in MATLAB simulation.

It doesn't look like you actually set the inertia to infinite, but the better way to do this would be to change the motor mechanical input to speed and set the speed to 0. Then the rotor will stay locked no matter what. However, this types of tests don't often line up with the real world because lumped paramters models lack the magnetization and non-linear effects that exist in real motors, and extreme cases like locked rotors and short circuit tests will exacerbate the differences between the model and the real world.
