plot line between 2 peaks

Hello I got graph of values from excel chart and I want to plot line between 2 peaks: one of them is the last peak on graph and the second is the peak that the line isn't cross the graph itself or got may cause a negative slope of the line.

As you know peak values........get the indices of the peak values......once you know indices, you have x and y data in hand. Then you can plot a line. Read about find, findpeaks.
