How do I link the GUI to a function and generate the plot for it ? Can anyone help me with it ?

What does "link the GUI to a function" mean? Do you want to call a function, if a button is pressed and then display the results of the function inside the GUI?

You are right. I have a function and when i press a button, the function should be called and generate the graph in GUI.
