How do I represent a graphic with Logspace and Semilogx?

Hello, I need to represent the graphic attached below with the logspace and semilogx functions. All what I was able to do is attached in the second picture. Please help me!

The two plots cannot be identical, because the data is different. The two plots can have the same the same domain in x and range in y, though:
set(gca,'XLim',[1e-1 1e2]);
set(gca,'YLim',[45 65]);
