How can i reduce the time of Photo processing in Matlab

Is it only perception that matters? Have a few beers. If you are thinking more slowly, then it will seem as if your computer is running faster.

Taken to extremes (always a bad idea), have too much beer, you will pass out. Wake up in the morning, and your computer will be all done with the task you posed, despite your massive hangover and resolution never to try this technique again.

The point is, you don't really say what you are trying to do. As Jan said, there is no magic. The magic comes from learning to use the tools. Once you understand them fully, you are then more capable of writing efficient code. But learning is the absolute key here.
