Tk = 2.34, 5.342

h = 0.5, 1 , 1.5

How can I calculate MSE when different length of vector?

mean((h-Tk).^2) this code does not work.

MSE is not meaningful when the vectors are different length.

 R=length(h)-length(Tk);
   for r=1:R,
       Tk=[Tk,0];
   end
   MSE=sqrt(mean((Tk - h).^2))
