How do I generate an m file (.m file) from a Matlab model (.mdl or .slx)?

I am trying to understand a demo model in Matlab. So I want to get the equations for this model. Is it possible to generate an m file (.m file) that contains the equations etc. used to create any model in Matlab? If so how? I appreciate your help. Thanks
