hii.. what is the meaning of this statement, plz explain.. Thanks in advance :)

We cannot comment unless code is shown, which shows what are wavelet1 and Subtrain.

It can be, inside loop with img, l as loop indices and filling rows of Subtrain with wavelet. More code is needed for perfect answer.
