MATLAB or Simulink as an online Signal generator?

I have the values of amplitude vs. Time for an analog signal, my question is: Do I can use MATLAB or Simulink to (online):- 1- Generate and amplify this signal 2- Connect the generated signal to a micro-controller PCB board through usb or serial port
