For those people who have the same issue: The link that Kojiro share is might work for you but in case it's not working, try to check your user name of your computer if your username contains a character that is not english you have to change it.
  • You can check your username from "C:\Users"
  • For changing your user name
1. Follow this path "Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts\Manage Accountss".
2. Click "Create a new account" you have to create a new account just changing your username wont work because it wont change the folder name.
3. After creating a new account, switch user and choose your new account then go users folder and copy all your files from your old user folder to your new user folder.
4. Now if you want you can delete your old user from control panel.
5. After this 4 steps you can run matlab it will work but with some errors. I recommend you to reinstall matlab.
