I have a question about simscape driveline, can i build a lateral dynamical vehicle model with simscape driveline ? to put as an input the steering angle for example ! Thanks

Simscape Driveline is intended for longitudinal, vertical, and pitch motion of the vehicle. Lateral dynamics is best covered with Simscape Multibody. See Vehicle Dynamics, 14 DOF Model in Simscape Multibody
You can model power steering mechanisms using Simscape Fluids and/or Simscape Electrical:
The steering angle would then be used to actuate a multibody model for vehicle dynamics.
