Hello all,
I have an excel sheet with time stamps that I want to bring into matlab. Seems as if the two have different conventions for time. While I can correct this numerically, I was wondering if someone could confirm this for me.
The time stamp 42549.9993055556 in excel converts to 6/28/16 23:59 (by changing the number format). Which is actually the correct time that I'm looking for. However, calling datestr(42549.9993055556) says the date is 29-Jun-0116 23:59:00. Obviously the wrong year. Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks! Trevor
