Simulink Real Time for linux

we are using Simulink Desktop Real Time (RTWIN) for in External mode to run and control real time control system in Win7 OS, the hardware need to supported is NI-6321 DAQ of Nataion Instruments (analog input and outputs) can it be also used in Linux OS? if yes how regards

Simulink Desktop Real-Time is only supported for Windows and Mac. It is not supported for Linux. You can see the system requirements here: System Requirements
