How to convert multiple binary image into one column each image?

I am new to matlab, currently i have 360 binary images with same dimension 200*200. I want to create dataset of image for input in pattern recognition toolbox. How to convert the images into dataset?

Normally some feature are extracted from the images. And that feature values considered as input of pattern recognition here you can some idea about feature extraction techniques

Thank you for your answer, i'm currently doing project to recognize fish based on binary image after undergo image processing. My sample is 320 binary image with 4 classes - 80 image for each class. How to transform this binary images into dataset ?
