How to push real time data from Visual Studio C# to MATLAB or build a visual studio project through MATLAB?

I have a data set that I am generating in Visual Studio, I intend to plot it dynamically. I want to perform some data analysis in MATLAB, how can this data be pushed to MATLAB from visual studio?
