Can i use function get.handles in prompt?

I want to know how is it possible? If the answer is yes, please give me an example code

I've never seen that function. It looks like get would be a class and handles would be one of the class's methods. Normally we use get() as a function, not a class. Is that the case - your get is actually a class - or did you mistype something? Do you have an example of where you've seen this code?

Yes i mean get(), sorry for my mistakes.. I have the gui as follows:
I apply the PCA coding into the gui, which the PCA code I got from : http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/45750-face-recognition-using-pca
but when I hit "Mulai Pengenalan", then there will be an input dialog. I am trying to eliminate the input dialog with trying to apply get.handle to get value from txtid_testing, but there was an error and I can not run with the PCA face recognition process so many times my confusion. how can I solve the problem? please help me, here is the code that I have not changed :

If you put a dbstop in the script, you can access "handles" and associated methods.
