can anyone provide me the simulink model of pv cell in its physical form. Also what will be the value of parameter of pv cell in physical modelling and simscape modelling.

Simscape Electrical has a Solar Cell block since 2008: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sps/ref/solarcell.html
