how to simulate a pulsed radar system with Matlab ?

i need a Matlab code to simulate the Monostatic pulsed radar system ...i have read "Designing a Basic Monostatic Pulse Radar" article but i didn't understand the concept ...especially the Phased Array System Toolbox thing .. and how can i define the approach i mean how does a transmitter propagate a pulsed waveform and the receiver detect the objects (moving and stationary) ..!! i just want a code to detect three points(two stationary and one moving) using pulse waveform ...Could someone help me ?

Could you be more specific with your question. I think the example "Desigining a Basic Monostatic Pulse Radar" already contains a script that simulates a pulsed radar system detecting three targets. You can make one of them a moving target to fit your needs. In addition, there is another example in Phased Array System Toolbox that showcasing detecting the Doppler. So if you need help defining a moving target, you can look into that example.
