if i have a vector , i want to subtract it with value ?

if i have this vector

 v = [ 10
       5
       3
       5
       6
       7 ]

 and i want to subtract it by 3 then the solution will be like that

v = [ 7
      2
      0
      2
      3
      4]

how can i do this ???
