extractFeatures and Block matching

Hi
Is the "Block"-method in the function "extractFeatures" the same as is described under "Computer vision system toolbox -> Blocks -> Analysis & Enhancement -> Block matching" in the documentation?
It does not seem like it's the same since I can't set the values for e.g. Overlap [r c] in extractFeatures

Where did you get the first block function - the one you're wanting to compare to the one in the Computer Vision Toolbox?
