Same problem here. I tried to install the programm on my external harddrive and everything went fine, till it the installation stuck on 99%. I have been waiting for over an hour, hoping that the installation will still finish but nope.
Help, please :)

I also tried again and again, and I got two files in c:program files. I deleted the previous file named MATHLAB, but it's location seems like lost totally. I don't know how to fix it back.

I'm having the same problem...but it seems we don't have to wait for that last 1% to finish. I can use MATLAB when it's stuck at 99%.

I had the same problem installing R2022b on Windows 10 Enterprise. I tried closing the installation box and just launching MATLAB, and so far it works. It didn't copy over my path information from the previous version I was using, but that's easy enough to set in the Command Window under 'Environment'. I tried a relatively complex piece of software and so far so good.

this is because of some file are missing in installation folder plz follow below steps: 1.with MATLAB installable one additional folder will be there when the the installation stucked at 99% click ok there and from this additional folder copy license standalone .lic file past it in directory where MATLAB is installed (create new folder with name license (l should be small)) 2. from the additional folder copy bin and toolbox folder copy it and past it in installed MATLAB folder (choose replaced in destination option while pasting).
