Why doesnt the installer start?

After running the installer, it configures C++ but when it reaches 100% of the charging it shut donw anche i can't continue the installing of MATLAB R2016a for Win10 64 bit. I have the full resource for running the programme,but i cant install it because of the installer. If i start again the installer,it configures again C++ and shut down again.
