regarding 16-APSK Modulation Simulink Block create

please help me. i have a problem in simulink block. i created a simulink block (16-APSK Modulation and 16-APSK Demodulation)using .m file . in my single block there is no error. but when i put this to block to the existing 16-QAM or PSK simulink then there is a error. i tried too much but i cant find this error. please help me by giving me the information how can or whats the exact procedure to create a simulink block without error. please help me by giving me some suggestion, its emergency. thanks in advance for your co-operation.

If you post that something is an "emergency" then you should be able to document that there was a literal and immediate risk of loss of life, or at least of serious and literal risk of damage to health (e.g., a broken leg.) If emergency officials such as ambulance or fire department or police or doctors did not get involved, then it was probably NOT an emergency.
