How to save a filtered image back into MRC format ?

I processed some images in MATLAB I applied Gaussian filter on them. Now I want to save the filtered image again into MRC file. How to write an image back into MRC format?

But I am unable to save the output file back into MRC format using WriteMRC command. Do I need to create any function for it?

What happens when you make the attempt? Is there no file produced? Is there an error message? Is the output file not compatible with whatever tool you are using?

I think no file produced. Because I didn't find where that file saved? Perhaps I don't know exactly how to save it back?
