Why am I continuously prompted to verify my university credentials when installing or activating MATLAB?

When attempting to install or activate MATLAB, I am prompted to verify my University credentials. After I successfully verify, I am continuously prompted to verify again.

When you install or activate a University MATLAB license with Shibboleth enabled on it, you need to verify your University credentials. If you are continuously prompted to verify your credentials right after you have done so, this means your University credentials are tied to a different MathWorks account. Please try installing/activating with the other account, if you do not know what account they are tied to, please contact MathWorks Support.
