Streamfunction from vorticity or velocity field

Dear all,

I have a a given matrix containing information on velocity vector (u) and vorticity (omega) at specific x,y,z-positions. I now need to calculate the corresponding so called streamfunction psi defined as:

    \nabla ^{2}\psi =-\omega

which basically is a Poisson equation in 3D. Does anyone know if this can be solved using Matlab?
