Hello sir, I have one matlab standalone application with some input parameter, I want to pass input to this application from C#. Please suggest proper method for this.

There's a relevant section in the documentation for MATLAB Compiler.

Note that as it states near the end of that page, the inputs will be passed into the application as strings; you may need to perform conversion (inside an "if isdeployed" block, perhaps.)
