How training and testing data by fuzzy logic or FIS ?

I had extracted feature extraction by a- formant frequency f0 b- f1,f2,f3 and f4 c- evaluate file as good pronouncing . from wave file . i would like to training and testing data some body suggest training by fuzzy logic "FIS"
how can i make it by matlab code ?
is it possible for any one to help me in that pleaseeee. many many thank's for him !!!
