what does subgroup of a particular point mean?? and how can I find subgroups?

Could you give us a reference to a paper that has those kinds of instructions? Or if it is an assignment, please post the paragraph that talks about subgroups.
There are a lot of different meanings for "subgroup" and it is not clear which meaning applies.

If I understand correctly, where it says
3. Generate the celestial body subgroup of G
that means,
3. Generate the celestial body subgroup of G by performing steps 4 to 9
That is, the three places in the algorithm that talk about generating subgroups are not themselves telling you to take a particular action, and are instead headers describing the purpose of taking the actions of the following for loop.

no, 3 point in algo 1 is basically making subgroups corresponding to centre G also they don't mentioned what celestial distribution means
