"Simple" gantry crane simulink model

Hello, I am a student working on a (1 semester) thesis. I am looking for a simple gantry crane model (simulink) that I can adapt for intergration into a TwinCAT3 PLC, I need to be able to get set the setpoint and get feedback via an encoder while adapting the physical properties to the specifications of the test stand.
