Annotate the lines in plot with many line

Hello everyone, I am trying to annotate a plot which contains many line. The annotation data has to come from a vector suitable to each line. I am including the plot which I am trying to annotate. Is there a way by which I can write a code to label or annotate these lines. Thank you in advance!

To use 'text' or annotations, I need to know the x and y data, But I want to create annotations for the plots (lines) even without the xy data. I just need a textarrow pointing to the plot with a text!

Well, seems pretty hard to place something on the plot area without saying where to place it...
